Release note


Basenji draws on the playful geometry of 1970s classics like Rondo, Pump, Bauhaus, and Blippo, reimagined with the precision and flexibility modern designers expect. Its rounded forms shift easily from soft, friendly text to bold sculptural headlines, making it equally comfortable in branding, editorial design, or large-scale signage. Rooted in retro charm but refined for contemporary use, Basenji brings the warmth of the past into todayÂ’s design workflows.


These fonts include a license that allows free commercial use: sometimes referred to as a desktop license. This allows you to install the fonts on a computer and use them to create posters, web graphics, game graphics, t-shirts, videos, signs, logos and more. Read the license agreement for details.
